Mr. Korakoch Suriyawatpakdee Sales Manager of Mapal Tooling (Thailand) Co., Ltd., revealed that, Mapal is a manufacturer of tools and equipment for metal cutting from Germany where its main products are the cutting tools. Originally, Mapal was a manufacturer of special tools acceptable to manufacturers around the world, having head office and production plant in Germany. Other than the one in Germany, Mapal also has the production plants in Asian countries such as Japan, Korea and China. At Metalex 2023, Mapal came out to open up the tooling market in the Mould & Die production group in addition. Because of being a manufacturer of special tools, Mapal can make designs for use in Mould & Die work to be more convenient, faster and easier. The advantages that the customers would evidently receive are: 1. That the mold productions will be faster by up to 30% compared to using the general tooling, which is considered a highlight point of Mapal\u2019s tooling,<\/p>\n

That the CAM can be designed for customers to test and try on the use before the actual productions, this is to determine as to whether the production time for moulds from Mapal\u2019s tools is faster than before or not from what the customers are currently producing which, in this respect, Mapal\u00a0 has a simulation for customers to check it on first before making a decision to buy.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Respective to the after-sales services, Mapal has a tooling service program starting with the Test Cut or Simulation Tools. After the customers have used Mapal\u2019s tooling products, Mapal provides a warranty on the quality of the tooling with a clause time per piece in the case of the customers\u2019 mass productions to show as to what the cost and quantity are, and how it is economized from what it previously was which Mapal can make a relevant calculation for you.<\/p>\n
