<\/p>\nBy Sending an AI Assistance for Installing in Machineries and Ready to Show the Cutting Edge Technology in the \u201cMETALEX MARCH\u201d EXHIBITION.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mitsubishi Electric Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd., revealed the operations of its Mitsubishi Team in providing supports to the manufacturing industrial sector with Mitsubishi technology whether it is on the aspect of the fiber laser or EDM in order to enable the Thai manufacturing industrial sector to move forward in keeping pace with the current digital world. This special \u201cMETALEX March\u201d event will be organized under the concept of the \u201cSmart Metal Working\u201d from 9-12 March 2022, at BITEC, Bangna, Bangkok.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In this \u201cMETALEX MARCH\u201d event, Mitsubishi will bring the best of the mechanical technology in 2 parts of Mitsubishi\u2019s machinery products which are fiber laser machine and EDM machine, to be placed on exhibition to interested parties to visit, especially, Mitsubishi EDM of the latest model so called the \u201cSV-P Series\u201d will be launched during the event.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n At present, technology plays a very important role to the entrepreneurs. Mitsubishi has foreseen the point where we have to make a decision to invent and optimize today\u2019s machines whereby an intelligent system or AI Assistance has been adopted for actual use in the machines no matter what it is the GX-F Series fiber laser machine, which is the world\u2019s first laser technology equipped with AI Assistance system or EDM machines of SG Series, SV-P Series, that all have AI Assistance systems installed from the factory to control the machines in checking the operations before any production error has occurred. It would directly affect the entrepreneurs should there be no AI system. The fiber laser machine that will be put on display consists of 1 model which is GX-F80 series, which has an AI Assistance system installed inside the machine, as well. While on the EDM machine, it will be of the latest SV-P Series model in which the AI Assistance system is installed in the machine from the factory, as well. There are many other properties of the ability of this EDM machine: such as; the machine is capable to cut workpices with precision up to \u00b13 microns and is distinctively unique in cutting smooth surface work well. It is equipped with IDPM system in using graphite type electrode to help the machine run faster and reduce electrode wear.
