The MiR600 and MiR1350 robots, which can lift up to 600 kg (1,322 pounds) and 1,350 kg (2,976 pounds), respectively, are designed to safely and efficiently perform material handling tasks in challenging industrial environments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCustomers testing AMRs within their facilities have learned that they want to transport heavier loads, and that successfully investing in large fleets for core production demands ever greater levels of reliability, safety and quality,\u201d said S\u00f8ren E. Nielsen, President, Mobile Industrial Robots. \u201cOur new industrial and robust robots meet these requirements, making them an easy chose to integrate directly into companies\u2019 workflows.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\" wp-image-7143 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/manufacturing-review.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/MiR600-w-pallet-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"738\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>First IP52-rated AMRs to Tolerate Common Environmental Challenges<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The industrial and protected MiR600 and MiR1350 are the market\u2019s first Ingress Protection52-rated autonomous mobile robots, which mean their components are protected and can tolerate dust and water drops.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith AMRs increasingly integrated into core productions, downtime is not an option,\u201d Nielsen said. \u201cOur new AMRs are industry grade and constructed for a long lifetime with easy serviceability thanks to components and cables that are industrial and easy to access.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>New AMRs Optimize All Logistics\u2014Inbound, Production and Outbound<\/p>\n<p>The larger MiR600 and MiR1350 are ideal for autonomously transporting heavy loads of materials and goods in:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>loading bays<\/li>\n<li>production and assembly areas<\/li>\n<li>warehouses<\/li>\n<li>material delivery areas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Like MiR\u2019s other AMRs (MiR100, MiR200, MiR250, MiR500 and MiR1000), the MiR600 and MiR1350 navigate smoothly and safely among people and other transport equipment in dynamic surroundings. Sensors, 3D cameras and the latest laser scanning technology ensure 360-degree vision for precise and safe navigation and operations.
