On this occasion it is indeed an honor to have Mr. Nopadol Kangsachat, who has been appointed to a new position in the Department as the Division Manager, Industrial Automation Machinery, Mitsubishi Electric Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd., revealed the Operation Policy of Mitsubishi Electric Automation Team in providing supports to the manufacturing industrial sector with Mitsubishi technology, whether it is on the aspect of fiber laser or EDM in order to enable the Thai manufacturing industrial sector to advance and keep pace with the current digital world.

 

 

After Holding Office In Your New Position, What Your New Action Plans In The Future Will Focus On?

 

 

On the first part, it will be on the aspect of the marketing plan. The matter in which I have been considered for the appointment to hold office in this new position has arisen from my working achievements to attain the goals that the company has set for me in the policy for the maximum benefit of the company to the extent of being satisfactory to the Executive who eventually promote me to the higher position. In regard to the marketing plan, we have always placed the emphasis on the accessibility to look after the entrepreneurs on the aspect of the after-sales services which will cause the customers to be satisfied and make it easy for them to decide when they want to expand their businesses or make additions to their machines in the future. It is this marketing plan that allows us to be able to increase potentials to look after our customers more on the aspect of the after-sales services, add more Engineers, machines in providing technical supports to our customers and enable them to actually try out the use of the machines before the delivery or even after the delivery when they want to find an in depth information.

 

 

 

 

Where on the matter of the ASEAN and Oceania regions, the company has been entrusted by the parent company to take care of this region in terms of both the sales and after-sales services which, at present, we have initiated actions to take care of ASEAN and Oceania region since 1 October 2021. Our marketing plan from now on will not only will be in Thailand, but also in ASEAN and Oceania areas which the company will carry out all along with the business operations in Thailand including after-sales services as, well.

 

 

 

On the second part, it will be on the aspect of the products. At present, in the business of selling the laser machines, we have imported 2 latest versions of the fiber laser machines which are EDM, SG12 Model and SV8P Model equipped with AI Assistance, for installing in the Showroom of the Company Technology Center to enable the entrepreneurs to actually use the machines before delivery and to increase the efficiencies of the company’s Engineers in using the machines and testing them for the maximum capability of the machines by themselves. Nowadays, technology plays a very important role for the entrepreneurs. Mitsubishi has foreseen the point at where we have to decide to innovate and increase the efficiency of the current day machines. As such, we have adopted AI Assistance system for actual use in the machines no matter what it is a GX-F Series fiber laser machine, which is the world’s first laser technology, a laser that is equipped with AI Assistance system, EDM SG Series SV-P Series, that all have AI Assistance system installed from the factory to control the operations of the machine, check the operations of the machine before a production error will happen which will directly affect the entrepreneurs should there be no AI system. All these problems will be eliminated when our machines equipped with AI Assistance systems are provided to support the current working.

 

 

 

And finally, it is the aspect of the service work which includes the corporate personnel development to meet the needs of customers. Hence, we cannot deny that the aspect of the after-sales services is yet another part of the entrepreneurs’ considerations in placing their purchase orders. This is a part of the company’s main policy, as well. We therefore started to use the Line Official for almost 3 years ago and which is well responded from users of the machines. Currently, we have accounted for 1,000 registered users which allow the creations of Q&A and initial troubleshooting in a timely manner. We have always emphasized the matter of the after-sales services and so we have on the development of our Team of Engineers to learn about technology at all the times in order to enable them to truly respond to the real needs of the entrepreneurs.

But, in the laser machine, we are the leader in technology and have always been in No.1 place in receiving the market sharing. On the sales promotion plan at the mean time, the Industrial Automation Machinery Department has appointed Mrs. Patcharin Ruangsiri to hold office in the position of another Assistant Manager, IAM Marketing Department to help entrepreneurs with marketing planning. Mrs. Ruangsiri’s accumulated working experiences with the company for 29 years and being in the field of responsibility for a long time will definitely be yet another part of the driving force for the company and entrepreneurs to achieve the optimal benefit.
