We began our operations by manufacturing components for CNC machines for our parent company Anca CNC Machine tools. We’re extremely proficient in laser cutting, folding, welding, painting, and assembling, and our expertise has earned us a loyal customer base across the globe from USA, Australia, UK, UAE, Italy, Germany, New Zealand, and Thailand.
Nicholas Doyle, our General Manager, explained, “Our manufacturing process is entirely customer-centric. We receive designs from clients, provide quotations, and then begin producing the components to their specifications. We also work with clients to design the product based on their scope of work and upon confirmation, we create prototypes and perform testing and performance assessments. Recently, we’ve expanded our services to include part assemblies. We are all extremely proud of the projects we have completed with our partner over the past few years.”
To date, we’ve produced over 1,000 types of machine parts and components according to our customers’ requirements. Our production capabilities range from simple workpieces that require only laser cutting to more complex projects that involve cutting, folding, welding, painting, testing, and assembly. This enables us to cater to a wide range of client needs. With the recent addition of 3D scanning this gives us the ability to fully verify our production and helps with some reverse engineering.
