Mr. Kirati Wongnikon, Chierf Sales Manager, Takizawa (Thailand) Co., Ltd., gives his account of theTT2100G parallel 2 spindle CNC lathethat it is a lathe with a double drillchucks and parallel spindle witha base rotation of 3,200 revolutions, but it can be adjusted to 5,000 revolutions. It is also equipped withthe equipment for high-speedautomatic conveying that can supportmass productions. The machine structure is of a tank bed type that helps reduce the thermal changes. A square and wide shape slide way is adopted for use with the slide surface of the X and Z axes, thus, enabling accurate processing of heavy loads with high-precision andstability. The spindle with highprecision can be selected from 6 inchesto 8 inches. Software is installed for convenient and easy use, thus, making it easy to set up and also save energy as well as becoming environmentally friendly and adding functions that help reduce electrical energy consumption and prolong the service life of the coolant from the use of water and oil separators. So, it can be seen that, the machine can respond to a variety of production tasks. and cover automatic work for the deliveries and productions with high efficiency and quality.
Whereon the matter of the after-sales service, we have a 7-man servicesteam in Thailand consisting of 5 Thais and 2 Japanese who were trainedby parent company by to make surethat our customers will certainlyreceive the efficient services andmaintenances. We implement a planfor making the machine inspectionsfor our customers on a regular basis whereby we are the party to go to the customers ourselves even it’s not yet the round for the inspection. Most of our customers are in Chonburi and on the Eastern coast. Warranty for the machine is 1 year while the control component is 2 years.
“In terms of the marketing in Thailand in the next quarter, we see that the customers have made more investments. We also foresee a potential opportunity for more business expansion in the automotive industry because most of the CNC lathe customers are in the automotive industry. And in the future, Takizawa is planning to design a machine to support the electronics industry and electric vehicles, as well,” added Mr. Wongnikon.
