Walter – Innovation Roadshow 2023

Walter (Thailand) Organized Annual Metal Cutting Insert Upgrade Seminar.

 

 

 

 

On Friday, 31st March 2023, at SF Cinema Central Pattaya Beach, Chonburi Province Walter (Thailand) Co., Ltd., organized the “Innovation Roadshow 2023” seminar, an activity that Walter has held annually to introduce new products developed in line with the current machining process including many new products developed in accordance with the current production process. This year, it also joins hands with business partners such as HAIMER, EMAG and HERMLE Southeast Asia.

 

 

 

Mr. Oliver Zimmerer, General Manager of Walter(Thailand) Co., Ltd., said, “Today, Walter, a German manufacturer of high-quality metal cutting inserts, is here to organize the “Innovation Roadshow 2023” seminar in the Eastern Industrial Zone in Chonburi Province. For this event, we have joined hands with our business partners, HAIMER, EMAG and HERMLE Southeast Asia. Because we are of a view that if we want to avail high quality workpieces, there must be three important components which are the inserts, the tool holders and the machines. For Walter, we have upgraded new inserts products increasingly in many products to help our customers get the best out of their use and focused on the matter of innovation that will make the useful life longer and reduce less waste. Over in the past 3 years, even though we could not organize a similar activity, but Walter constantly conducted the product research and development at all times, especially, the coating work which we have the know-how of our own and placed the emphasis on increasing the productivity, longevity and reducing waste because we foresee that coating work will, in the future, play a very important role in the production process.”

 

 

Walter’s new product presentation this time drew a lot of attendees of industrialists from the Eastern region to listen to the seminars.
