QuickPenta 24 Inserts and Tools Enable Fast Indexing without Removing the Clamping Screw, and Are Designed with a Safety Clamping Mechanism.
QUICKPENTA 24 insert with a revolutionary safe lock clamping mechanism for fast and unique insert clamping with superior stability. It features smart locking, allowing the inserts to be released by two turns of the screw. Additionally, the inserts can be easily rotated by finger to the next cutting edge.
The widths of cut are as follows: 1.5mm (.059”), 2mm (.078”), 2.4mm (.094”), and 3.0mm (.118”).
The maximum depth of cut is 12.8mm (1/2”).
The same QUICKPENTA 24 insert can be used for both right- and left-hand tools. However, traditional PENTA inserts cannot be mounted on the new QUICKPENTA holders.
The new QUICKPENTA line fits traditional PENTA holders and is a multi-function line suitable for parting, grooving, and side turning.
