This 5-ton overhead crane utilizes a MITSUBISHI electric wire rope hoist from Japan, model S-5-LD3, with the following key features: This MITSUBISHI electric wire rope hoist is a Strong Type or High Speed Type, designed for heavy-duty and continuous use. Its Low Head Type design makes it suitable for work areas with height limitations, enabling maximum utilization of the lifting space. The hoist’s control system supports 1-speed movement in both up-down and left-right directions, allowing operators to control lifting and moving with precision and safety. International standard safety equipment ensures maximum safety. This crane is fully equipped with international standard safety equipment, including a Load Limit Switch or overload protection system that automatically cuts off the crane when a load exceeds the specified weight. Limit switches are also installed along the transverse and longitudinal rails to control the crane’s range of movement and prevent collisions with structures. Furthermore, an audio-visual alarm system alerts personnel when the crane is in use, enhancing safety and preventing potential accidents. The crane is also equipped with state-of-the-art safety and support systems. The crane side members supporting the crane girder are specially designed with a multi-layered protection system. Crossbar guards detect and prevent collisions with obstacles, while a fall protection system is designed to ensure 100% safety, even in the event of wheel failure. A unique feature of this system is the installation of an anti-vibration arm between the crane crossbar and the crane body, which enhances stability and reduces vibration during operation, enabling smoother and more precise crane operation.
