By Sending an AI Assistance for Installing in Machineries and Ready to Show the Cutting Edge Technology in the “METALEX MARCH” EXHIBITION.
Mitsubishi Electric Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd., revealed the operations of its Mitsubishi Team in providing supports to the manufacturing industrial sector with Mitsubishi technology whether it is on the aspect of the fiber laser or EDM in order to enable the Thai manufacturing industrial sector to move forward in keeping pace with the current digital world. This special “METALEX March” event will be organized under the concept of the “Smart Metal Working” from 9-12 March 2022, at BITEC, Bangna, Bangkok.
In this “METALEX MARCH” event, Mitsubishi will bring the best of the mechanical technology in 2 parts of Mitsubishi’s machinery products which are fiber laser machine and EDM machine, to be placed on exhibition to interested parties to visit, especially, Mitsubishi EDM of the latest model so called the “SV-P Series” will be launched during the event.
At present, technology plays a very important role to the entrepreneurs. Mitsubishi has foreseen the point where we have to make a decision to invent and optimize today’s machines whereby an intelligent system or AI Assistance has been adopted for actual use in the machines no matter what it is the GX-F Series fiber laser machine, which is the world’s first laser technology equipped with AI Assistance system or EDM machines of SG Series, SV-P Series, that all have AI Assistance systems installed from the factory to control the machines in checking the operations before any production error has occurred. It would directly affect the entrepreneurs should there be no AI system. These problems would be eliminated when our machines are equipped with the AI Assistance system to support the current work.
In the forthcoming Exhibition of the industrial machineries or “METALEX March”, Mitsubishi will place on the exhibition 2 types of the machines which are fiber laser machine and EDM machine. On the fiber laser machine, we are the leader in technology and have always been ranked No.1 in market sharing. The fiber laser machine that will be put on display consists of 1 model which is GX-F80 series, which has an AI Assistance system installed inside the machine, as well. While on the EDM machine, it will be of the latest SV-P Series model in which the AI Assistance system is installed in the machine from the factory, as well. There are many other properties of the ability of this EDM machine: such as; the machine is capable to cut workpices with precision up to ±3 microns and is distinctively unique in cutting smooth surface work well. It is equipped with IDPM system in using graphite type electrode to help the machine run faster and reduce electrode wear. Its function is of an AI system that enhances working efficiency no matter what it is a functional adjustment according to the condition of the workpiece, an electrical control for smooth operations and workpiece output with quality including LLTX (Lotus Leaf Texture) and the upgrading of the smooth surface quality of the glasses to be more beautiful and shiny.
