M80 Series Model CNC

At the passing Metalex 2020, Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd., had made the introductions on the Factory Automation products to the Thai manufacturing industrialists. Mr. Khanchit Boonkrathum, CNC Sales Department Assistant Manager said that, CNC Department had introduced the latest CNC model to the manufacturing industrial sector at the moment. It is the M80 Series Model

 

 

CNC being the model in the family of the M8

Series of Mitsubishi. The CNC M80 Series Model has an additionally new function called Direct Robot Control where nature on the usage of which will be carried on in conjunction with the new version of Mitsubishi’s robots. By just only making a connection via the internet system, work can be done in this new function. And more importantly, the robot doesn’t need to learn a lot about the programs; just only performing in accordance with the existing CNC’s functions, it can control the operations of the CNC screen by using G Code in controlling because the robot will normally use the program package. In terms of the usage, it seems somewhat to be difficult, but, if the robot’s program package should be integrated into the M80 Series CNC, it would make the usage easier no matter what it is in any form of working.

Monitoring Control System Solutions – MC Works64

In regard to this matter, Ms. Avassaya Ekkavee, Marketing Engineer, revealed that, the Company’s products placed on exhibitions at such event were in the family of CNC and industrial computer systems and the technology considered to be a highlight was the SCADA system, a computerized control system monitoring and controlling work processes in the manufacturing industry named “MC Work64” which would be used for viewing real-time machine operation  process status. It has a remarkably strength which is a variety of functions and flexibility in the production system. No matter what the factories are of small, medium or large size, this system can be used with them. In addition to the usage for controlling and viewing the operating status of the machines, this system can as well be used in the energy management. Moreover, the “MC Work64” system also has a property that can connect to an ERP system to provide an overview of the production system and can help manage costs in the production process, as well.
