The Company Marks This Milestone As It Celebrates 125 Years Of Global Engineering Heritage, Alongside 30 Years Of Manufacturing And Operational Expertise In Thailand.

This strategic direction was unveiled at the “125th Anniversary Industry Forum,” held under the theme “Built in Asia, Trusted Globally.” The event brought together key clients, industry leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to celebrate past achievements and share a vision for future growth.

Building on three decades of operations in Thailand, Heil Trailer Asia is elevating the country’s role into a strategic hub for manufacturing and business operations. This hub will serve customers across the Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, and other international markets. Furthermore, the company is evolving from a manufacturer of specialized tanks and semi-trailers for hazardous materials into a long-term partner—providing comprehensive care and support throughout the entire product lifecycle to consistently deliver value and operational efficiency to its clients.

Leveraging 125 Years of Strength for a Three-Year Growth Strategy

Heil Trailer Asia was established in Thailand in 1996, combining global engineering expertise with local manufacturing capabilities, a highly skilled workforce, and long-standing relationships with its customers. Currently, the company’s business network spans Southeast Asia, North Asia, the Middle East, and Oceania, as well as various other international markets, excluding the Americas and Canada.

For its 2027–2029 business plan, Heil Trailer Asia targets 10–15% growth over the three-year period, with the goal of increasing the share of export revenue to more than 50% of total income. Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Europe have been identified as key target markets for the next phase of expansion.

Furthermore, the company aims to leverage the strengths of its core business—transport solutions for oil and gas—to develop a broader portfolio of specialized products tailored to diverse industries, including general freight, defense, cooling systems for data centers, and the aviation sector.

To support this growth strategy, the company plans to enhance its manufacturing and engineering capabilities in Thailand, expand its distribution channels, and appoint new business partners across Africa and Europe. The focus is on driving growth through market expansion, product diversification to meet various operational needs, and improving accessibility to technical support and after-sales services.

“Our goal for the next three years is to build upon the capabilities and business relationships we have cultivated in Thailand, transforming them into growth opportunities within the markets where we operate,” said Nicholas Ling, President of Heil Trailer Asia. “We see strong potential to further expand our market reach.” “Product versatility, combined with a commitment to building closer customer relationships, remains a key focus. We prioritize responsible growth while delivering high-quality, reliable products that create long-term value for our customers.”

Thailand: A Strategic Hub for Manufacturing and Full-Lifecycle Services

Thailand remains central to the company’s international growth strategy. With a robust manufacturing and engineering base, an experienced workforce, an integrated supply chain, and a strategic location, the country is ideally positioned to serve customers both regionally and in international markets.

Beyond its manufacturing capabilities, Heil Trailer Asia is expanding its infrastructure to better support customers. The newly opened Sriracha Parts, Service and Repair Center (PSRC) provides clients within the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) and surrounding industrial zones with convenient, rapid access to genuine spare parts, inspections, and maintenance services.

This service center underscores the company’s evolution from a manufacturer into a long-term partner—helping customers keep their equipment operational throughout its entire lifecycle and enhancing the reliability of their business operations.

Jake Radish, President and Chief Operating Officer of EnTrans International, stated: “As a global manufacturing leader, we are fully committed to continuing our support for Heil Trailer Asia—providing the resources, knowledge, expertise, and capabilities necessary to unlock new business opportunities in emerging markets.” “Over the past 30 years, Heil Trailer Asia has built a solid business foundation in Thailand, supported by over 125 years of engineering expertise and experience from our global network,” said Radish.

“We invested in the Si Racha service center because we understand that customers require support throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment. We are fostering greater trust and creating new business opportunities with our clients by ensuring access to the correct, genuine spare parts and repairs that meet certified standards. Furthermore, we help keep their fleets operating profitably through high-quality, preventive maintenance throughout the equipment’s service life. This is part of our strategy to drive the long-term, sustainable growth of Heil Trailer Asia.”

Strengthening the International Partner Network

Heil Trailer Asia continues to bolster its position in international markets by cultivating a network of expert business and technology partners. This initiative supports the company’s commitment to engineering excellence, product innovation, and the creation of long-term value for its customers.
The company collaborates with several long-standing, industry-leading partners—including Shanghai Easy Aluminum Industry, Hendrickson, BPW, Fuwa, OPW, Liquip, and Deseinor—all of whom possess specialized expertise in transport-related technologies, ranging from lightweight materials and suspension/axle systems to essential components and safety systems. These partnerships enable Heil Trailer Asia to deliver transport solutions that evolve alongside customer needs, ensuring superior safety, durability, operational efficiency, and the capability to handle specialized transport requirements across a diverse range of industries.

“The partnership between Shanghai Easy Aluminum Industry and Heil Trailer Asia reflects a shared commitment to advancing engineering excellence, safety, and sustainability. We are proud to contribute to the development of sophisticated aluminum products that result in lighter, stronger, and more efficient transport bodies.” “Meeting the needs of customers worldwide.”

Stepping into the future: “Built in Asia, Trusted Globally.”

As Heil Trailer Asia enters a new chapter, it targets 10–15% growth over the next three years, with the goal of increasing the share of export revenue to over 50%. The company will continue to invest in workforce development, technical expertise, production capacity, and long-term business partnerships to ensure sustainable growth in high-potential international markets.

Drawing on a 125-year engineering legacy and 30 years of experience in Thailand, the company is committed to leveraging these strengths to capture new market opportunities, develop products that better address diverse customer needs, and create greater long-term business value. This builds upon its deep expertise in serving a wide range of sectors, including oil and gas, aviation refueling, food-grade product transport, chemicals, and dry bulk commodities.

With its primary manufacturing base located in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Thailand, the company is also expanding its support infrastructure. The opening of the Parts, Service, and Repair Center (PSRC) in Si Racha—along with plans to extend its service network into northern and southern Thailand—will provide customers with easier access to technical support, spare parts, and maintenance services. This underscores the company’s commitment to supporting its customers throughout the entire lifecycle of its products.

“Our 125-year foundation and engineering expertise, combined with 30 years of operations in Thailand, have given us a profound understanding of and proficiency in the local market.” “This serves as a key strength that will help propel us toward becoming one of the region’s formidable leaders. Today, we have the opportunity to integrate these two strengths and build upon one of the industry’s longest-standing legacies, ultimately creating even greater value for our customers in the future,” concluded Nicholas Ling.
