Our company has been engaged in contracting works in designing and manufacturing special sheet metal works of special characteristics or manufacturing according to the customers’ requirements. Most of the raw materials used in the manufactures are steel sheets, aluminums, stainless steels or other iron objects.”
In regard to the company’s customers, mainly, they are companies in the automotive industry that need to use decorative accessories: such as; bumpers. The company’s manufacturing process starts from laser cutting, folding, welding, assembly and painting work because the customers will take the manufactured products to be branded by themselves. Moreover, sheet metal manufacturing work has been expanded to other industries, as well.
Ms. Pichchapha Tongpratun, Purchasing Manager, added, “Because we have our parent company in Australia, so, in the initial stage of the investment in Thailand, ANCA Sheet Metal Solutions (Thailand) Ltd. had to carry out works on cutting, folding, welding and assembling the Conopies cabinets that were used as the structures of the CNC machines to feed ANCA CNC Machine company and thereafter ramified into the line of sheet metal fabrication business to other industries in Thailand, especially, customers wanting to cut, fold, weld, assemble, spray paint, who are in a variety of industries: such as; structures in electronics, automotive, aerospace, and machinery component work, parts in food industry or other industries requiring to use sheet metals, either irons, aluminums or stainless steels.”
Technology machines currently used in the company’s productions are fiber laser, waterjet and folding machines. On the welding and painting work, the company has personnel well-versed in such work of not less than 10 years. In addition to taking contracting works on manufacturing according to the customers’ designs, the company can as well help customers who have no designs to do the work according to their requirements. Another important issue is the punctuality on the manufacturing timing as specified by the customers.
