Axalta Announces Automotive Color Trend of 2025 Being Evergreen Sprint A color of the year honoring the iconic British racing green

 

 

Axalta Coating Systems, the world’s leading manufacturer of automotive refinish coatings, has announced its 2025 Automotive Color Tred of 2025 which is Evergreen Sprint. This marks the 11th year in Axalta’s automotive color of the year and the second time the color of the year that a shade of green has been featured.

 

The Evergreen Sprint is a deep forest green that pays homage to the legendary British Racing Green, a striking shade used on top British racing cars that symbolizes superb speed and performance. While reflecting the excitement of motorsports, the Axalta’s latest Automotive Color of the Year also offers a luxurious look for sedans and SUVs, thus, making the Evergreen Sprint a perfect choice for all types of vehicles.

Axalta’s team of automotive color experts has been working together every year since 2015 to unveil new shades that are on the rise in the automotive market. This year, green has been identified as one of the hottest and most popular trends. According to Axalta’s Global Automotive 2023 Color Popularity Report, green is used on approximately 2% of cars worldwide.
