It is a heavy-duty 4-roller hydraulic metal sheet rolling machine with a winding length of 3,100 mm, a maximum winding thickness of 20 mm (for mild steel when winding at a diameter 5 times the diameter of the upper roller), an upper/lower roller diameter of 350 mm, and a side roller diameter of 260 mm. It features a digital roller position indicator, a movable control panel, a central lubrication system, and overload protection. This machine is ideally suitable for producing high-precision cylindrical or other shaped parts, where the side and lower rollers move in a linear fashion via hydraulic pistons.
