Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation (Thailand) Organizes Off-Road Vehicle to Show Its Real Workpiece Production Potential by Mitsubishi Fiber Laser Machine.
Mr. Nopadol Kangsachat, General Manager of Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said, at the Intermach 2024 Exhibition, Mitsubishi brought an off-road vehicle for displaying in Mitsubishi’s booth for visitors to see the potential of fiber laser machine in cutting its various parts inside, such as, front bumper, rear bumper, or roof tent equipment, etc. Cut by Mitsubishi fiber laser machine, all these workpieces would come out smoothly, nicely, with good quality and high value added to them, as well. On this occasion, we would like to express our appreciation to Kijsiam Partworks Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of off-road vehicle parts and accessories under “GORILLA”, brand name for supporting us with a vehicle and accessories to be shown at Intermach 2024 Exhibition this time along with our 12,000-watt Mitsubishi GX-F Series fiber laser machine where the technology of which included the AI Assist system that would make the production process more intelligent.

Mr. Narawut Kiattaweesup, Project Manager of Kijsiam Partworks Co., Ltd., revealed that, our company is a manufacturer of off-road vehicle accessories under “GORILLA” brand name and has been in business for 50 years. Mr. Kiattaweesup further added that, over in the past, the company’s down time was somewhat rather high. Once we have started to use Mitsubishi fiber laser machine, our down time has tremendously reduced. As a matter of fact, when we run into a machine down time, we may have to wait for spare parts or components for a period ranging from 7 to 10 days, but Mitsubishi has spare parts available for expediting to service us to reduce the down time for us by 1 to 2 days. After making a contact, Mitsubishi Service Team, will give us answers and expeditiously solve such on-site problem. So, we have a lot of confidence in using Mitsubishi fiber laser machine. Currently, we have 5 Mitsubishi machines having been in use for 5-7 years that we never had any problems with them. Mitsubishi Service Team regularly comes in to inspect our machines and, in fact, main parts inside the machines are not damaged either.
