Stäubli Launches Quick Mold Change System, Saving Time In Mold Making

Mr. Phongsakorn Pradit, Senior Sales Engineer at Stäubli (Thailand) Co., Ltd., explained that Stäubli is a Swiss company founded more than a century ago, operating in three core areas: Robotics, Textile, and Connectors. Representing the Fluid Connectors division, he introduced the Quick Mold Change System,which includes Multi Coupling technology. This solutions combines multiple water, air, and hydraulic hose connections often 10–20 into a single connection point. Instead of connecting, for example, 12 hoses individually, operators can connect them all in one step. Stäubli’s technology therefore simplifies and accelerates mold changes, significantly reducing production downtime.
