This machine can perform surface preparation, conditioning, excess material removal, deburring, chamfering, edge polishing (inside and outside), and surface finishing on metal workpieces with the maximum width of 800 mm, thickness of 0.6 – 80 mm., deburring thickness of r 0.1 – 0.5 mm., belt speed of 0.5 – 6 meters per minute, abrasive belt size of 1,900 x 820 mm., abrasive wheel size of 300 x 300 mm. The machine has remarkably high working efficiency and precision. Its body is made of strong material and padded with extra-thick vibration-dampening material to reduce vibration transmission to the floor and minimize noise from workpiece impact.
