Autodesk Asia Moves Forward To Organize a Webinar, Deliver Software Products To Transform Manufacturing Factories to Digital Factories To Support EEC.

Autodesk Asia Pte. Ltd., in collaboration with Thai-German Institute and Smart Trade Publications Co., Ltd., organized a webinar on the topic of the “Adaptability to Digital Manufacturing Transformation” in order to be prepared for the changes in the current manufacturing industry as well as to support the government policies, especially, on the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) Development Project which is considered a new sandbox in the EEC area and a driving force for the Thai economy in the future. Such area is seen to be the potential area for the expansions in the field of Digital Transformation Technology which is a catalyst in the supply chain of Industry 4.0. If any entrepreneurs should not adopt such matter for use in their factories, they would be considered to fail in keeping them up with the digital manufacturing industry. The topics of the lectures that were packed with the contents were on the “Adaptability to Digital Manufacturing
Transformation” lectured by Dr. Djitt Laowattana, Ph.D Advisor to the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), “LEAN Production & Optimization for Smart Factory in COVID-19”, lectured by Mr. Boonlue Boonkhong, Digital Production Design and Management Department Manager and Mr. Anupan Khanthasima, Digital Design and Production Department Engineer, Lecturers from Thai-German Institute, including a Team of Lecturers from Autodesk Asia Pte., Ltd., comprising Mr. Suranat Mali-ong, Technical Sales Specialist and Ms. Krisana Chanchaipol, Territory Sales Executive. On this occasion, Mr. Steven Chiu, Head of Design & Manufacturing Department, Asean Autodesk Pte., Ltd., was the guest of honor to give the event opening remarks including making introduction to Autodesk’s business operations and present the solution of Autodesk, as well.
Such webinar was attended by more than 100 interested participants. It was considered yet another collaboration between the government and private sector organizations in the continuation of the technology and innovation in the manufacturing industry to keep pace with the digital world.
