AI-Driven Manufacturing Global Trend

How Does Mitsubishi Place The Importance On AI System?
Regarding Mitsubishi’s machinery, whether it is the EDM, Wire Cut, Laser Machine, we have been using AI technology in such machinery for some time. It is obvious that the customers, after using our AI-enabled machinery, the production losses have significantly reduced because the wire cut machine has an AI system that automatically adjusts the electrical current to prevent wire breaks while cutting. It also helps reduce wire marks caused by improper electrical current. Or in the case of the Fiber Laser having a problem that it cannot cut material; the machine will proceed with functional process or even the adjustment of the cutting condition by itself without any requirement to stop the machine. This AI system will be embedded in the Control M800 D – CUBES Series or so called Maisart Technology, etc.
Mitsubishi is Ready To Present Fiber Laser and EDM Machines at Intermach 2025.
Mr. Kangsachat added, Mitsubishi, is currently presenting Fiber Laser in the sheet metal industry with GXF-Series, the model acceptable in the market nowadays. At present, we have launched Fiber Laser machines with a power of up to 20,000 watts for distributions. What Mitsubishi sees in the needs of customers in the world market which we have focused on is the quality of the Fiber Laser beam that has the highest quality in continuously releasing energy and maintaining the beam stably rather than presenting high wattage but quality of the beam not being stable enough to the extent of causing poor material cutting even with unnecessary high wattage. In addition, we foresee the safety of users as our main priority because Fiber Laser beam is dangerous to the eyes of those who have close contact. You can see that our Fiber Laser machines, and leading brands are closed systems that cannot be seen through. There must be safety glass to prevent the laser beam from leaking out of the machines to outside area. If a reflex should occur during the operation, the beam of the Fiber Laser could damage the nervous system of the eyes and heart, which may eventually cause blindness.
This is another point that Mitsubishi has always emphasized to customers as to why our machine value is higher than others. The Company is currently the caretaker and installer of Micro Laser machines for 10 years and is currently recognized by the Electronic Circuit Board Industrial Sector to provide the after-sales service and has been approved by head office to be a representative for selling Micro Laser machines to entrepreneurs in the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) and has joined in the development of the electronic circuit board industry with THPCA (Thailand Printed Circuit Board) to be a part of the development and readiness preparation for the changes in the global economic geography that are occurring.
On the part of the existing customers, we still place the emphasis on the after-sales service, which is the heart of the continuous business operations by taking into account the operations with more efficiency, emphasizing the needs of customers as the main principle, building good relationships with them by taking them on tour of the factory, providing guidelines for basic machine maintenance, introducing the Line Official operating system to provide services for them to be able to ask questions and solve immediate problems quickly, and establishing a Call Center team to support the after-sales service for them with effectiveness for a long time that until now there are more than 1,000 members participating.
